ITPRO365 was a successful leader in the MSP IT Services vertical for 10 years. With more than 23 years in the high-tech industry, he has also served in various IT leadership positions at Cambridge Technology Partners, Novel Inc, and Compucom Systems. Jim holds a BSE from the University of Southern California and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
